Horton Motor Factors was started in September 1981 when Ian Rivers left employment with the Yorkshire Bank to follow a lifelong passion for motor cars and motorcycles.

Starting from a humble terrace shop in Little Horton Lane the mission was to sell quality automotive parts and accessories at competitive prices with a personal service. This mission remains true to today when in 1995 the company moved to the old co op building at the top of Brownroyd Hill Road where greater space for stock and improved parking was available.

Now with over 35 years in the motor trade we can offer polite, professional and friendly service for your motoring needs whether they are large or small, free advice and help is willingly given.

 

We are also a female friendly business where concerns about the needs of the car you drive can be addressed in a polite and friendly manner, don’t be afraid to ask!

 

Located centrally in the old co op buildings we have an excellent café next door, a convenience store, and a local taxis office should you be unfortunate to have a breakdown and need transport to us.
